Gloria Mogavero
Gloria Mogavero brings 20+ years of project and people management to her work at Caras Training. She creates harmonious collaboration between training, operations and finance teams from all clients in order to guarantee training and implementation programs are delivered on-point and on time.
Gloria began her career in sales and sales support for Town and Country Corporation. These customer-facing roles allowed her to develop methodology for bonding with challenging customers and selling in competitive situations. Her work resulted in the opening of a new line of business that expanded the company’s customer base and increased sales dramatically. She moved into Management with Watson Mailing Company and built a team of professionals who blended service and selling so well they improved client billing an average of 24% each quarter for seven quarters in a row.
A Caras Team Member since 2005, Gloria Mogavero uses her deep understanding of human motivation to complete thorough and unbiased assessments of existing employee skills and the effectiveness of clients’ processes. She translates her observations into concrete recommendations that have created positive change for client industries such as Healthcare, Industrial Products, Consumer Goods, and Office Machines.
Gloria is also a brilliant editor and organizer. She manages the design, text, printing and delivery of Caras Training Leader’s Guides, as well as other client deliverables, so that custom case studies, activities, training games and thousands of pages of custom facilitator notes meet the high standards of clients and Caras Training.
Gloria Mogavero is a graduate of Tufts University. She currently uses her talents in public relations, fund raising and motivating as the VP of Events for SOCAP New England, and the President of Georgetown Education Foundation.
