Susan Davidson has a wealth of experience helping multi-national corporations to improve performance among all levels of employees. As a training professional she is well-known for her ground-breaking work helping foreign business professionals to work more comfortably and effectively in the United States.
Susan Davidson began her career in TV journalism. She made the change to the business world after 5 years and then spent 16 years developing, selling and managing customized performance improvement and incentive programs for Fortune 500 companies.
For the past ten years, Susan Davidson has served the performance needs of U.S. and global professionals through a variety of initiatives including training programs, individual and group coaching, performance improvement programs, sales incentive programs, employee recognition and reward programs (domestic and global), and corporate communications programs.
A member of the Caras Training team since 2007, Susan Davidson brilliantly performs departmental assessments and creates fresh recommendations for improvements through procedural change, skill development initiatives and motivational programs. Her work results in long-term improvement with measurable results.
Susan Davidson graduated from the University of Missouri. She completed MBA courses at Rockhurst College in Kansas City and language studies in France and Guatemala. She has traveled to 28 countries and completed cross-cultural training and coaching workshops at the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication, the International Coaching Federation conference in Europe, SIETAR- USA (Society of Intercultural Educators, Trainers and Researchers) and the Interchange Institute. Ms. Davidson is a graduate of Corporate Coach University International, a business coach training program accredited by the International Coach Federation.
